Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in editorial strategy, content strategy, or SEO content, with a track record of growing organic visibility, traffic, or conversions.
- Hands-on AEO/GEO knowledge: how LLMs and AI answer engines choose and cite sources, and how content structure, accuracy, and third-party coverage affect visibility.
- Experience with AI content tools and workflows (for example AirOps, Profound, or LLM-based writing and optimization tools), and real enthusiasm for automating repetitive work.
- Experience publishing in a regulated industry such as financial services, fintech, insurance, or healthcare, including managing content through legal and compliance review.
- Hands-on experience with a CMS (Contentful preferred) and with Jira or similar ticket-based workflows.
- Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners, including timelines, quality, and budget.
- Strong writing and editing skills, a sharp eye for accuracy, and the ability to turn performance data into clear recommendations.
- Ability to manage many workstreams and stakeholders at once in a fast-changing area, with little supervision.
