Requirements

  • Significant experience as a Data & Analytics Consultant, Technology Consultant, or Management Consultant within a consulting firm or relevant software provider, managing enterprise-level client strategy and engagement.
  • Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in programming, data integration, and utilizing tools like macros and various software languages to create tailored, data-driven solutions for clients.
  • Proven track record of developing tangible customer value and ROI frameworks that map complex technical solutions back to client strategic and business priorities.
  • Deep familiarity with enterprise software platforms, large-scale deployments, and change management.
  • Experience working with utilities, digital twin software, or grid modernization initiatives is highly desirable. Experience within broader infrastructure or the energy sector is a major plus.
  • Exceptional communication and external stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and build trusted relationships with cross-functional client teams.
  • A proactive, critical thinker who enjoys finding creative technical solutions to solve customer pain points and unlock commercial growth opportunities.
