  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent with ~5-12 years of experience negotiating complex software or software-as-a-service and consulting services contracts involving data rights, security, privacy, IP issues, and accurate…
  • Experience in-house within a technology company with a quarterly sales cycle.
  • You know business processes related to commercial contract practices in a sales-led environment and have experience improving them and training others on them.
  • Strong understanding of standard contract language and experience negotiating those terms.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, and have strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity, critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliverables and coordinate across functional initiatives to meet deadlines.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving and fast-changing environment.
