  • You have at least 7 years of relevant experience, focused in employee relations, human resources, employment law or labor relations
  • You have Bachelors and/ or Masters in Human Resources or Labor Relations
  • Mastery of employment law basics and performance management best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data and predictive analytics into action plans to prevent and mitigate unfavorable employee experience trends
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including a strong emotional intelligence (EQ), exceptional communication skills (both written and oral), and the capacity to establish trust and wield influence across all organizational…
  • Experience diffusing tension and effectively mediating conflict
  • Presentation,training design and facilitation experience
