Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on Workday experience in reporting, production support, business processes, security, and functional HCM support
- Working knowledge of Workday security concepts, including domain security, security groups, and how security affects report fields and data visibility
- Experience creating and updating Workday reports Strong troubleshooting skills and clear written communication
- Ability to explain Workday issues and process requirements to HR stakeholders in a practical, easy-tounderstand way Interest in building deeper
- Workday expertise across HCM, payroll, time tracking, absence, compensation, and benefits
- EIB experience
- Business process configuration experience, including notifications and approvals
- Experience building audit and data-quality reports
