Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FP&A, corporate or strategic finance, investment banking, corporate development, or consulting; public company experience and/or M&A integration experience strongly preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant field; MBA or CPA a plus
  • Strong understanding of the three financial statements and public company reporting, including the quarterly earnings cycle
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with many stakeholders and firm deadlines
  • Expertise in Excel / Google Sheets - you can build scalable, efficient, and intuitive models with ease; experience with Pigment, SQL, BI/dashboarding tools, or AI LLMs is a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the judgment to deliver accurate, executive-ready materials under tight timelines
  • Superior communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of an organization, including senior leadership
  • A team-oriented, builder mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity
