Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7 years without a Bachelor's degree, including extensive functional experience in SAP SuccessFactors or SAP HCM.
  • Deep understanding of the integration points between cloud HR solutions and SAP S/4HANA Finance.
  • Proven experience with Payroll and Time Management in complex, highly regulated environments.
  • Strong integration knowledge between H2R and Budget to Report (B2R) processes for labor budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in business process analysis, including the ability to lead Fit-to-Standard sessions.
  • Technical literacy, including the ability to troubleshoot CPI integration errors, understand SuccessFactors data models (OData API), and configure complex business rules.
  • Familiarity with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) standards and federal labor laws.
