Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) with a Bachelor's degree, or 10 years of relevant experience without a Bachelor's degree.
- At least two full-cycle SAP PM implementations.
- Experience designing and configuring SAP PM technical objects, maintenance notifications, work orders, and maintenance plans for corrective, preventive, and condition-based maintenance.
- Experience integrating SAP PM with MM, FICO, and PS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients on maintenance best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a large, integrated team environment, coordinating design and integration points with other functional and technical experts.
- Industry-recognized certification, such as SAP certification in S/4HANA Asset Management or SAP Plant Maintenance.
