Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3–6 years of professional experience in a client-facing role with responsibility for growing relationships with enterprise or corporate clients; experience in consulting, strategy, advisory, or professional services bus…
- Track record of building a pipeline, leading pursuits, and securing new work with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems and to develop and defend a clear point of view
- Strong executive presence and communication skills, with a track record of presenting to and advising senior stakeholders
- Experience leading client workshops, discovery sessions, or working sessions
- Disciplined approach to pipeline management, prioritization, and follow-through across multiple pursuits concurrently
- A genuine and current interest in AI, digital technology, and how organizations transform their capabilities and operating models
