Requirements

  • You have hands-on experience managing dropship inventory — you know how to plan and track stock you don't physically hold, coordinate with vendors on availability, and catch outages before they become customer-facing pr…
  • You've owned replenishment and order writing for a category with real complexity — long lead times, freight considerations, or a fragmented vendor base.
  • You're comfortable working in a planning system day to day and can pick up new tools quickly (NetSuite, Sigma, or similar planning/BI platforms).
  • You have advanced Excel skills and are confident working with large data sets.
  • You have a strong foundation in retail math and inventory planning concepts (OTB, WOS, sell-through).
  • You communicate clearly with vendors and cross-functional partners, especially when flagging risk early.
