Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management or consulting, with exposure to ERP-related projects (e.g., readiness, selection, transformation).
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
- Knowledge of and strategic experience with Workday or Oracle and demonstrated projects in at least one solution area (Finance, HCM or Student).
- Experience working with mission-driven organizations (higher ed, nonprofit, public sector) preferred.
- Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively.
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Prosci, ERP-specific) a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
- Experience supporting sales and business development
