Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; active CPA license
  • 12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years leading an accounting function as a Controller or Director at a high-growth company
  • A track record of building and leading multi-layer accounting teams, including hiring and developing managers
  • Big 4 or national-firm public accounting experience
  • Deep US GAAP judgment, especially ASC 606 on complex hardware-plus-services arrangements; you can write a memo and defend it
  • A track record leading external audits and building SOX-ready controls before they were required
  • Multi-entity, multi-currency consolidation experience across international subsidiaries
  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace: you prefer building the playbook to following one
