Requirements
- 10+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years at a senior or group level owning a portfolio or multiple product lines with measurable business results
- Hands-on experience with card issuance platforms, with a deep understanding of card economics and the full card payments lifecycle (provisioning, authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes)
- Strong awareness of global fintech innovation, including embedded finance, BaaS, stablecoins, tokenization, and digital wallets
- Proven track record taking complex, ambiguous products from strategy to scale in an API-first, high-growth environment
- Strong technical acumen and the ability to work closely with engineering teams on API-driven products
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to build business cases and present to executives
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with both internal teams and external partners
