  • 12+ years of experience in operations planning, resource management, or labor modeling in a manufacturing, warehouse, or industrial setting.
  • 8+ years of people leadership experience, including managing teams larger than 6.
  • Proven track record setting operations planning strategy at a multi-site or network level.
  • Expertise in workforce planning, labor forecasting, and operational planning, with deep fluency in translating data into executive-level strategy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with advanced skills using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or labor planning software.
  • Excellent executive presence and communication skills, with a demonstrated track record of influencing C-suite/senior leadership decisions.
  • Experience leading the implementation or selection of labor planning tools or workforce management systems at scale.
