Requirements

  • Industry specific expertise we prioritize experience recruiting for clean energy, renewables or manufacturing, with a focus on coverage, advisory and finance. Experience in banking, private equity and/or service provide…
  • Track record: proven ability to hire top talent from the finance world into the high-growth startup, or a strong perspective on how to do so.
  • Ready for a fast-paced startup environment: the idea of building from the ground up, iterating on an ongoing basis, and defining how we scale our commercial organization quickly working with leaders excites you.
  • Full-Cycle Expertise: Strong experience managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to close.
  • Collaboration and stakeholder management skills: Skilled at building trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives to help inform their approach on hiring/talent acquisition for their teams.
  • Strategic advisor: You understand the market and have a POV to share with our time on how to land talent.
  • Candidate Experience: Passionate about creating an inclusive, transparent, and respectful process.
  • Tools: Proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing platforms, and cutting edge recruiting practices leveraging AI and data.
