  • Experience managing strategic relationships and complex cross-functional initiatives within a B2B software or technology environment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to approach a strategic partnership as a business, balancing growth, customer value, investment, and profitability.
  • Experience turning strategy into coordinated execution across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of B2B software go-to-market models, technology alliances, partner/channel ecosystems, and recurring revenue businesses.
  • Ability to define and analyze KPIs, interpret business and financial performance, identify root causes, and recommend action.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior internal and external stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, program management, and problem-solving skills.
