Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 5–8 years of professional experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of leading work for enterprise or corporate clients; experience in consulting, strategy, or advisory roles is a plus
- Experience leading multi-workstream engagements end to end, including scoping, directing the work of an engagement team, and accountability for outcomes
- Strong executive presence and a track record of advising senior stakeholders and leading executive-level conversations
- Demonstrated ability to structure complex, ambiguous business problems, synthesize findings, and deliver recommendations that clients act on
- Track record of growing client relationships and contributing to commercial outcomes in a professional services or advisory context
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to lead several engagements concurrently
- A well-formed and current point of view on AI, digital technology, and how organizations transform their capabilities and operating models
