Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals, with significant experience in brand and global marketing and access leadership roles.
  • Direct experience leading HCP and market access customer strategy and marketing through the launch of a therapy in multiple sclerosis.
  • Proven track record with end to end strategy through execution across digital and field promotional channels. Ability to showcase use of AI, data, disruptive technologies to increase impact of marketing campaigns a stro…
  • Experience managing global or multi-customer segment positioning, balancing core brand consistency with customer segment needs and opportunities.
  • Strong experience managing external agency partners across creative, media, digital, and market research.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate clinical and scientific data into clear, differentiated brand positioning and messaging.
  • Experience partnering closely with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Patient Advocacy functions on integrated launch strategy.
