Requirements
- At least 7 years of product marketing or solutions marketing experience, including meaningful time in an industry or solutions marketing role at a company with a mature, multi-vertical go-to-market motion
- Demonstrated experience covering multiple industries simultaneously, including building repeatable vertical frameworks and ramping quickly on new industries
- Domain knowledge and experience marketing to least one of Travel & Hospitality or Telecommunications
- Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting in executive-level settings
- Excellent research skills and experience producing data-driven market analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in software categories related to contact centers, customer experience, and AI Agents
