- 5+ years of project management experience on software or IT delivery, including at least 3 years as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager running two-week sprints: sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, and r…
- 2+ years managing day-to-day delivery on a government contract: deliverable tracking, status reporting, RAID logs, and stakeholder communication.
- Hands-on Jira administration and configuration for sprint boards, backlogs, and reporting, beyond end-user familiarity.
- Strong writing for a federal technical audience, including agendas, minutes, and status narratives.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent), or PMP/PgMP
- Prior experience on a federal health IT or interoperability contract
- Familiarity with Confluence for living project documentation
