Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, including 5+ years leading product marketing teams
- A track record of defining positioning and category strategy for an enterprise software, data, or developer-focused platform, and seeing it show up in pipeline, win rates, and revenue
- You are familiar with cloud data platforms and how data and AI workloads get built, run, and monitored in production.
- Experience leading major product launches and go-to-market motions across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
- Proven ability to build, develop, and retain a high-performing team, hiring great talent and raising the bar on craft and rigor
- Executive presence and storytelling skill, with the credibility to influence the CEO, CPO, and CRO, and to represent the company with customers, analysts, and partners
- A data-driven approach to strategy. You use customer insight, competitive intelligence, and win/loss data to make decisions and measure the impact of your programs
- Experience enabling a global field organization with messaging, sales tools, and training that reps actually use
