Requirements
- 5–7+ years' experience in medical or healthcare communications, with experience managing pharmaceutical client accounts.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the development of medical communications projects across medical affairs and publications.
- Experience managing a variety of project types and leading multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships, project budgets, timelines, and financial performance.
- Excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
- A collaborative, proactive, and client-focused approach with a passion for delivering high-quality work.
