- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant G&A or corporate functions hiring
- Success recruiting across areas such as Finance, Legal, or other functions with unique complexity to each search
- Experience independently leading complex, senior-level searches from intake through offer acceptance
- Demonstrated ability to advise senior executives and influence hiring decisions using data and market expertise
- Hands-on experience using AI, automation, and recruiting technology to improve quality, speed, and productivity
- Ability to identify practical AI use cases and turn them into scalable recruiting workflows
- Strong analytical instincts and experience translating talent data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consultative partnership skills
