5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, product marketing, commercial strategy, or a related strategic function, including experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
Demonstrated ownership of strategic initiatives, from identifying opportunities and developing recommendations through execution and measurement.
Experience developing positioning and go-to-market strategies for complex products or services, ideally across multiple customer segments or buyer personas.
Proven ability to translate technical and financial complexity into clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with customers.
Experience developing commercial enablement programs and materials that improve customer-facing effectiveness and contribute to business outcomes.
Strong cross-functional influence and relationship-building skills, including the ability to earn trust, challenge assumptions, and align senior stakeholders without direct authority.
