Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in investment banking, equity research, investor relations, FP&A, corporate finance, or equity investing; exposure to public technology companies is a plus.
- Strong financial modeling skills, including building and maintaining operating models, consensus models, and share count and dilution forecasts.
- Solid understanding of financial statements, public-company reporting, and valuation; familiarity with SaaS or consumption-based revenue models is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise materials for senior executives and to turn complex financial or technical concepts into simple narratives.
- Exceptional attention to detail, and pride in getting every number right.
- An ownership mindset: you are organized, take initiative, and can manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment, especially during earnings season.
- High-trust collaboration, with the ability to work effectively with teams across Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Communications.
- AI-native curiosity and skill: fluency with modern AI tooling and a track record of using it to amplify your impact.
