- Deep technical fluency in AI inference and memory technology, with the ability to explain concepts such as memory bandwidth, energy per token, and 3D stacking credibly to a financial audience.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor business models, including fabless economics, gross margin drivers, supply and capacity, backlog, and customer concentration.
- Experience in a private financing round or IPO.
- MBA or CFA designation.
