Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7+ years of progressive compensation experience, including experience leading programs, projects, or teams.
- Experience working in professional services firms
- Strong knowledge of market pricing, job evaluation, salary structures, and incentive compensation.
- Advanced analytical and spreadsheet skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, handle sensitive information, and manage competing priorities.
- Working knowledge of applicable pay equity, wage and hour, and pay transparency requirements.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or comparable certification.
