Requirements
- Clinical background in behavioral health or a closely related healthcare field; current or previous clinical licensure such as LCSW, LCPC/LMHC, RN, or comparable credential preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience within healthcare or behavioral health, with meaningful experience working across multiple parts of the healthcare ecosystem.
- Experience working within or closely alongside a health plan/payer, ideally in behavioral health case management, care management, network management, provider relations, or a related function.
- Experience working within a healthcare provider organization, with a strong understanding of provider operations, patient access, referrals, and care delivery.
- Demonstrated success in business development, partnerships, provider relations, sales, or another growth-oriented role with measurable results.
- Deep understanding of the Illinois behavioral health landscape, including key health plans, provider organizations, community resources, and behavioral health stakeholders.
- Established professional relationships within the Illinois healthcare or behavioral health community strongly preferred.
- Ability to build credibility and influence with a wide range of stakeholders, from frontline clinicians and community partners to health plan and health system executives.
