Requirements
- Deep hands-on experience with NCR Power HQ and/or Retalix HQ, including system configuration and implementation.
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising processes, including item, vendor, and merchandising hierarchy setup.
- Experience with ERP data migration, including mapping, conversion, and validation.
- Experience assessing and modifying integrations with downstream systems such as POS, finance, ecommerce, and vendor EDI.
- Experience evaluating an existing ERP environment and identifying necessary configuration or design changes.
- Experience consolidating multiple business units or banners onto a single ERP instance and/or leading a major ERP migration or transformation.
- Ability to work across functional and technical areas, partnering effectively with business, technology, and program leadership.
- Comfortable providing hands-on expertise throughout the project, from initial assessment and solution design through migration and implementation.
