Requirements
- One to two years of experience in social media, email marketing, or digital marketing, with demonstrated audience growth or campaign improvements.
- Hands-on experience managing at least one major social platform, including publishing, community engagement, and performance tracking.
- Strong writing skills and the ability to maintain a consistent brand voice across social posts, emails, and newsletters.
- Experience using HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or a similar email marketing platform, including running and analyzing A/B tests.
- Comfort interpreting engagement, open, click-through, and conversion metrics and turning findings into practical next steps.
- Experience coordinating agencies, content creators, or freelancers is valuable, as is familiarity with paid social.
- Fintech, personal finance, or consumer brand marketing experience is a plus.
