  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, UGC, social media, influencer marketing, content production, paid social, or a related field. Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and social-first content.
  • Strong creative instincts and an understanding of performance-driven advertising specially on meta.
  • Ability to write clear creative briefs and provide thoughtful, actionable feedback.
  • Comfortable working directly with creators and cross-functional creative teams.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Foreplay and willingness to adapt to Lunar Solar tech stack
