Requirements

  • 15+ years in partnerships, business development, or general management in consumer fintech, embedded finance, financial-data products, lending, or a closely related field.
  • A record of negotiating and launching complex API, embedded, or white-label partnerships—not just signing agreements.
  • Experience setting commercial strategy and targets, managing a pipeline, and developing people.
  • The ability to work credibly with product and engineering leaders on integrations and with risk teams on how a potential data source is evaluated.
  • Proven track record of both managing and growing existing partnerships as well as assessing and adding new ones
  • Sound judgment in regulated environments and experience working with Legal and Compliance on partner diligence, contracting, and data-use questions.
  • Strong executive communication, commercial negotiation, and analytical skills; comfort moving between a strategic plan and hands-on execution.
