Requirements

  • 6+ years of project management experience, ideally including business transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation projects
  • 6+ years of experience in managing multiple end-to-end project life cycles
  • Preferred experience in Business Transformation projects and implementation experience working with multiple teams to focus on driving financial and operational results including behavioral changes such as design change…
  • Identify project risks, prepare contingency and project recovery plans
  • Ability to quickly gain the trust and respect of senior stakeholders internally and with outside vendors
  • Experience in budgeting, scoping, scheduling and driving projects from initiation to delivery
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities and drive alignment across business users, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Strong working knowledge of project management fundamentals: charters, schedules, budgets, risk registers, change control
