Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, including enterprise-grade B2B software.
- Experience designing for technical users, such as network, DevOps, security, or infrastructure engineers.
- A track record of taking products from MVP to GA, including shaping the first release and carrying the design through to a launch-ready product.
- Comfort with complex data sets, data visualization, and multi-step workflows.
- Strong visual design and interaction design skills, shown in a portfolio.
- Hands-on experience planning and running user research, and acting on what you learn.
- Active, effective use of AI in your design work, with examples of how it has changed your process.
- Prototyping skills in any form, from AI tools to code to Figma.
