- 3+ years' experience in influencer marketing, talent management or campaign management.
- Proven experience managing influencer campaigns end to end.
- Experience working with Beauty or Fragrance brands, ideally with enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of US beauty trends, creator culture and audiences.
- Hands-on experience with influencer marketing platforms for discovery, outreach and reporting.
- Confident creator negotiation and contracting skills, including usage rights.
- Strong commercial awareness and experience managing campaign budgets and performance.
- Experience working in an agency, fast-growing business or similarly fast-paced environment.
