Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Instructional Design, Education, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2-3 years of relevant experience without a Bachelor's degree (internships, apprenticeships, and military experience count).
- Experience or coursework in instructional design, technical writing, or graphic design.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies, systems, and processes.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active government clearance (requires U.S. citizenship).
