Requirements

  • Comfortable leading strategy, concepting, and production of an event, start to finish — this isn't a role where someone else hands you the concept.
  • Deeply plugged into the brand activation + experiential world — you know what the coolest brand activations out there look like, you know what's trending, and you have impeccable taste to bring it to life.
  • Able to originate the concept yourself — you can build a mood board and a full concept deck from scratch, not just execute someone else's vision.
  • Track record producing design-driven brand experiences and pop-ups — you know the process of turning a brief into a full-blown event, from décor to negotiating with vendors to custom fabrication.
  • Able to run large and small-scale event productions — you feel just as comfortable executing a 500+ person event at the Babylist Showroom as back-to-back 10–15 person influencer gatherings on consecutive weekends.
  • Comfortable holding several events at overlapping stages at once — one in planning, one in production, one in recap — without dropping a thread.
  • Experienced building and managing vendor budgets (catering, rentals, florals, fabrication, AV, photography) and keeping production on time and on budget.
  • You naturally reach for AI in your work — at Babylist, every team uses AI daily. You're already using it to move faster and improve your output, and you stay curious about what's coming next.
