Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience as a designer, ideally within a strong branding, design, or creative agency environment.
  • Exceptional design craft and taste. You have a strong portfolio demonstrating excellent typography, composition, visual systems, identity work, and digital design.
  • Strong conceptual thinking. You can develop ideas, not just execute layouts, and know how to turn a strong concept into a cohesive visual system.
  • High ownership and reliability. You do whatever it takes to get important work over the line, stay calm under pressure, and don't need someone chasing you to make things happen. This is not a role for someone looking fo…
  • Strong with clients and presentations. You're comfortable presenting your work, explaining your thinking, receiving feedback, and navigating creative conversations professionally.

  • Driven to raise the bar. You're ambitious about your craft, curious about what's happening in design and culture, and constantly looking for ways to make the work more distinctive.
