Requirements
- Hands-on experience running performance campaigns and budgets on paid social, programmatic, content syndication or similar demand channels
- Experience co-managing $250-500K+ in annual performance marketing spend
- A track record of structuring clean tests, measuring impact and making clear recommendations
- Time in B2B growth or performance marketing, ideally SaaS
- Working fluency in analytics tools and a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tableau) to pull insight and act on it
- Practical experience using AI tools in campaign or creative workflows
