Requirements

  • You are an experienced supply chain or operations program manager who can manage complex, vendor-facing processes from end to end.
  • You are comfortable working across international inbound operations, customs and duties, commercial documentation, and invoice validation.
  • You are a practical problem solver who can move between strategic process improvement and detailed day-to-day execution.
  • You build trust with vendors and internal partners, communicate clearly, and drive accountability without relying on formal authority.
  • You take ownership of outcomes, follow issues through to resolution, and use data and operating details to make sound decisions.
  • You are energized by visible impact and enjoy improving real-world systems rather than working only at a theoretical or reporting level.
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or program management, including experience managing international inbound products and vendors.
  • Working knowledge of customs and duties processes, including the use of HS codes and supporting commercial documentation.
