Requirements

  • Experience: You have a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or implementing Finance or business systems, including hands-on work with Coupa.
  • Process knowledge: You understand Procure-to-Pay processes, including direct and indirect procurement, sourcing, and accounts payable, and how they connect to the enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and other rela…
  • Systems and integrations: You have experience with Finance systems and the integrations between them, and you can work comfortably with tools such as Coupa, Zip, IntelAgree, etc.
  • Requirements to solutions: You can gather requirements from business partners, translate them into clear designs and test plans, and deliver solutions that work as intended.
  • Automation and AI: You have built automations and/or used AI tools in Finance system workflows.
  • Analytical mindset: You are comfortable working with data to find root causes, answer questions, and use the data to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Controls awareness: You understand the importance of system controls, documentation, and change management, and you have supported audits.
  • Communication: You communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical partners, and you can turn complex topics into simple recommendations.
