Requirements

  • Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD, DNP, or equivalent) in a clinical or research-oriented field, such as neurology, neuroscience, critical care, neurophysiology, or biomedical science.
  • At least 5 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare, or medical technology, with a track record of building and managing research collaborations with academic institutions and investigators.
  • Strong clinical and research judgment, including the ability to evaluate study design, research proposals, and clinical data quality.
  • Working knowledge of data science and machine learning fundamentals sufficient to judge dataset suitability.
  • Working knowledge of basic statistics, including sample size and power, confidence intervals, sensitivity and specificity, and common sources of bias and confounding, sufficient to evaluate study designs and dataset ade…
  • Experience with EMR data and integrations, or clinical informatics projects.
  • Familiarity with clinical research regulations and data governance (IRB, HIPAA, de-identification, data use agreements).
  • Experience with EEG or other biosignal data is preferred.
