Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role with past responsibility for cybersecurity products; bonus for MDR or SOAR products
- Direct experience working in a SOC and building SOC tools and products
- Demonstrated experience building internal-facing or operator-facing tooling where the users are professionals doing skilled work, not consumers
- Strong working knowledge of analyst workflows, incident response, and investigation lifecycles - Excellent UI/UX and design skills
- Prior experience as a security analyst, incident responder, security engineer, or software engineer, or equivalent hands-on depth
- Experience owning shared services or platform interfaces consumed by other product teams
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering products utilizing artificial intelligence tools and technologies, such as Claude or similar
- Comfort with operational metrics and the ability to make an investment case that is not denominated in new revenue
