Requirements
- Knowledge of digital LATAM Market
- Fluency in Spanish is required. Fluency in Portuguese is a plus.
- 4+ years business development or relevant work experience (including account management, contract negotiations, marketing).
- Experience working in a sales or account management role with enterprise clients.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals
- Experience in a business development
- Experience in Performance Marketing (particularly Affiliate Marketing) industry preferred.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills with ability to push back without damaging relationships. Detail-oriented and persuasive.
