Requirements

  • BA or BS degree (MBA or advanced degree a plus)
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in specialty pharmaceutical sales, including field sales management and product launch experience as a representative and sales leader
  • Expertise in customer-facing organization sales strategy and optimization efforts within multi-channel customers, with strong pharmacy-related success
  • Strong leadership, team building and organizational skills. Proven ability to coach and develop sales professionals as well as technical ability to coordinate functional business activities
