Requirements
- 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role: solutions consulting, pre-sales engineering, implementation, integrations or similar.
- Real exposure to manufacturing or industrial operations, and how work gets done on the plant floor.
- Experience designing or supporting API-based integrations, data workflows or automation.
- Working knowledge of OT data sources such as SCADA, historians, PLCs or industrial gateways.
- Ability to explain data flows to an operations manager and an IT lead in the same meeting, and adjust to each.
- Experience running several evaluations at once while keeping every technical detail straight.
