Requirements
- 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally with significant experience hiring GTM talent
- A track record of hiring high-performing enterprise sales and other commercial talent
- Excellent sourcing skills and a genuine interest in finding people who aren't actively looking
- Strong judgment and the ability to quickly understand what separates a good candidate from an exceptional one
- Experience partnering directly with senior hiring managers and executives
- Strong candidate management and closing skills
- Comfortable managing multiple searches and priorities in a fast-moving environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through
