Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with significant product marketing experience.
- Experience marketing complex enterprise software.
- Experience in HR technology, People Analytics, HCM, data/integration infrastructure, analytics, or enterprise AI is strongly preferred.
- Experience marketing to HR technology, HRIS, People Analytics, People Operations, or CHRO audiences is a plus.
- A track record of turning technical products into simple, compelling business narratives.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. You should be comfortable personally creating content, not just managing its production.
- Experience working directly with founders, sales teams, customers, and product teams.
- Comfort interviewing customers and turning those conversations into positioning, content, and market insights.
