Requirements
- 7+ years in customer enablement, training, or L&D within SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical operations, including experience managing or leading a team of trainers
- Track record of building a training/enablement function from the ground up, not just running an existing one
- Experience designing scalable training infrastructure, such as learning portals, LMS platforms, or AI/LLM-powered enablement tools
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development expertise across live, virtual, and asynchronous formats (decks, quick-start guides, videos, e-learning modules, job aids)
- Experience training clinicians, pharmacists, or healthcare operational users not required but strongly preferred
