- 7+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience recruiting for technical AI research teams or similarly specialized technical roles
- Strong aptitude for understanding complex technical domains and evaluating candidate qualifications
- Exceptional sourcer who enjoys identifying hard-to-find talent across research labs, startups, academia, open source, and other nontraditional channels
- Willing to take creative, white-glove approaches to engaging and closing exceptional talent
- Trusted advisor who can build credibility with highly technical leaders and candidates
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to help shape searches when the profile isn't fully defined
